“DROP OFF OFFERS”
If you choose to drop your offer off instead of making an appointment:
1. Your application will not be reviewed by the Receptionist.
2. It will be given to the LRA processor who will review it.
3. If your offer does not include all required information, it will be returned.
4. The non-refundable $25 processing fee will not be returned.
LRA Maintenance Concerns
We realize there may be issues and maintenance concerns with LRA properties. As good neighbors, LRA shares the responsibility for the upkeep of our properties with residents of the area. We need and appreciate the help of citizens in identifying and resolving the issues that may occur.
