Congratulations! Now that you have selected and viewed a property, done your due diligence, engaged the neighborhood and found the right program — you are ready to submit an offer to purchase.

LRA Accepts Appointments for Offers

NOTE

All offers are taken by appointment. (With the exception of properties offered under the Prop NS Program). To schedule an appointment, please click on Make an Appointment or call 314.657.3721.

“DROP OFF OFFERS”

If you choose to drop your offer off instead of making an appointment:

1.  Your application will not be reviewed by the Receptionist.
2.  It will be given to the LRA processor who will review it.
3.  If your offer does not include all required information, it will be returned.
4.  The non-refundable $25 processing fee will not be returned.

Required Community Engagement

Development Program offers require community engagement and outreach. Please use the Community Outreach Summary Form to detail how you have communicated with neighborhood or community organizations. Include the Neighborhood Consent Form to indicate support or non-support of your project. Provide the Letter of Support or Non-Support Template to the organizations you engage. Submit all of these items with your offer.
