LRA Accepts Appointments for Offers

To help potential offerors purchase LRA properties and to ensure offers are complete, LRA offers appointments with staff to walk purchasers through the offer process. To schedule an appointment, please click on Make an Appointment or call 314.657.3721.

Required Community Engagement

Development Program offers require community engagement and outreach. Please use the Community Outreach Summary Form to detail how you have communicated with neighborhood or community organizations. Include the Neighborhood Consent Form to indicate support or non-support of your project. Provide the Letter of Support or Non-Support Template to the organizations you engage. Submit all of these items with your offer.
